Chad Sowald has been developing his culinary skills since the young age of 6. Now, 12 years later, Chad runs his own Chef Chad Brownie Company - Culinary Creations! Prompted by a love for food, as well as by a love for serving his friends and family, Chad opened Culinary Creations in August of 2003 in hopes of introducing a new and convenient service to the Centerville, OH area.

       As of Sept. 15th, 2005 Chad will be attending The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and continuing to run Culinary Creations on campus and in the Columbus area.

       Chad has catered for parties up to 150 individuals, and for parties as small as 10 people. He has also done nearly one hundred individual food deliveries to customers in the Centerville area. Renown for his extra chocolatey brownies and a unique approach to online food services, Chad has made a name for himself. Culinary Creations has been featured in the Dayton Daily News as well as the Centerville High School Pursuit Publication.

       Chad attended Sinclair's Culinary Arts Program during his freshman and sophomore summer months to better hone his skills. He has spent the past 2 summers attending and counseling at the Nike Tennis Camp at Miami University in Oxford, OH.

       Besides cooking Chad enjoys tennis and computers. Chad currently lives in Columbus, OH on the Ohio State University campus working towards his degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
